At The Little Nell, we love fresh ingredients in our cuisine and cocktails, from vegetables and herbs to edible flowers. In conjunction with our complimentary weekly garden tours, Ricky Leyvas, Bar Manager & Chief Mixologist at element 47, created the “Mountain Mojito”, which can be made as a cocktail or mocktail (sans the rum). For this summer drink, Ricky picks fresh mint leaves straight from The Nell’s garden.
Make this refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) at home with the recipe below, and pick-up fresh mint at your local farmer’s market.
