The Silver Lining – This is one of our newest cocktails at The Little Nell’s signature restaurant, Element 47. It’s the perfect special occasion drink with Vodka from Colorado, delicious fresh blood orange puree and even an edible silver leaf on top. Aspen was originally a silver mining town, so this drink is not only glamorous and fun – it’s historic.
Glassware: Chilled Martini Glass
Garnish: Edible Silver Leaf
Recipe:
1.5oz Spring 44 Vodka (made in Loveland, CO)
1oz Cointreau
.5 oz Benedictine
1oz Fresh Blood Orange Puree
.5 oz Lemon Juice
Directions: Shake all ingredients with ice. Pour.
