
For the past 20 years Cristom Vineyards has been one of the pioneers in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Wine Director Carlton McCoy says these are some of the best Pinot Noir-based wines outside of Burgundy.
On Thursday, Feb. 6, at 7 p.m., element 47 will highlight aged wines from Cristom Vineyards at an intimate dinner with Winemaker Steve Doener. A three course dinner will be served to accompany the wines.
