Winter Wine Dinners – Save The Date

Wine Dinners are one of the highlights of our program here at element 47. Here’s just a sneak peek into some of the upcoming winter wine dinners – be sure to save the date!

  • Sandhi + Domaine – November 23 – 8 p.m. at element 47AJAX_0087

In a dinner hosted by Rajat Parr, leading authority on Burgundy in the US, guests will explore well-balanced Burgundian styles. Rajat will showcase two of his varietals made in Santa Barbara, Chardonnay of Sandhi and Pinot Noir of Domaine de la Cote. A 3-course meal will be paired the wine. $150/person.

  • Barolo + Truffle Wine Dinner – December 21 – 8 p.m. at element 47

Join us as we celebrate the bounty of truffle season.  Black and white truffles will be paired with Barolos from our favorite producers. $500/person.

  • Pinot Posse Wine Dinner – January 20 at Ajax Tavern

Seven great winemakers will be on a tour through Colorado and stopping at Ajax Tavern to showcase their celebrated pinot-style wines.  $125/person.

  • Rhone Wave Dinner –  February 24 at element 47

This group of seven of the most renowned Rhone-style winemakers of California, Oregon and Washington will make its way to element 47 at this special four-course dinner. $150/person.

  • Ken Forrester Wine Dinner – March 13 at element 47

Wine from Stellenbosch, South Africa’s most famous wine region, will be paired with dishes from Executive Chef Bryan Moscatello in element 47. $115/person.
