We are one of six finalists in Colorado for the Absolut Bloody Mary Competition! Our very own Mark Yeager and Carlton McCoy came up with a delicious concoction called “It’s All Greek to Me.”

Here’s what you’ll need for It’s All Greek to Me:
3oz of ABSOLUT Vodka
7oz V8 juice
3 teaspoons of Kalamata olive puree
1/2 lemon and 1/2 lime squeezed
1/2 teaspoon horseradish and 1/2 teaspoon whole grain mustard
3 turns of a grinder of pepper & a pinch of salt
3 dashes of red Tabasco and 3 dashes of green Tabasco
2 dashes of Worcestershire
Plus: 4 basil leaves and 1 dill blossom for each glass
To really make this stand out, make some tomato ice cubes in advance. For this, you’ll want to puree some delicious tomatoes (we chose yellow heirlooms) and then place them in an ice tray, along with a dash of horseradish, salt and pepper. Freeze cubes overnight.
In pint glass, add the tomato ice cubes, basil leaves and dill blossom. For garnish, skewer one feta-stuffed green olive, one slice of jalapeno and one slice of radish. Combine all other ingredients listed above in a glass pitcher and pour drinks tableside.
