Oh spring, it is officially here! And we’ve got your lineup.

Bud Light Big Air Fridays – Friday, March 29, 2 pm

Big Air Fridays attracts competitors from near and far (including the occasional vacationer) to show off what they’ve been practicing all week.  Athletes will showcase the newest and most progressive tricks around off of the 40-foot jump on upper Fanny Hill.

March 29 & 30 – Bud Light Hi-Fi Core Party

CORE Party is the most anticipated outdoor concert of the season. Past success of the CORE party has led Aspen/Snowmass to add TWO free days of concerts on the corner of Cooper and Galena Streets in Aspen. This year will feature MarchFourth Marching Band on March 29th and Grouplove on March 30. MarchFourth is one of the best bands I have ever seen live. Do NOT miss this show!

Saturday, March 30 Helly Hansen Battle in the Bowls

Test your Highlands skills and knowledge or get to know Highlands better in BITB! Teams of two ski/ride all over Highlands as quickly as possible. The competition is part skill, part strategy, and all fun. We have competitive and recreational ski and snowboard divisions so no matter your determination you can come out and have fun! GPS trackers will keep an eye on you and a party awaits at the bottom! Register at http://www.aspensnowmass.com/battle

Sunday, March 31 – Smith Grudgematch Rail Jam

Snowboarders go head-to-head to see who will take home rail glory. Guests can catch the action from the Bumps deck while enjoying food and drink specials. Registration is free at Radio Boardshop in Aspen.

March 30 – 31 –  Boot Camp

Come learn the basics of park riding from professional coaches and athletes at a special-built park on Fanny Hill in Snowmass. Don’t be scared! This boot camp is fun! From kids to teens and parents, this is open to anyone interested in learning the ropes of the terrain park. It will be open from 12 – 3 p.m. on March 23-24 & 30-31.

Schneetag – Sunday, April 14 – Snowmass

The 6th annual Schneetag is looking to be our best ever! In addition to having an awesome time closing out the 2013 season you will be rewarded for taking the plunge into our toasty 80ft pond. This year every team will go home with one of many great prizes that includes GoPro Hear 3 Blacks, Belly Up tickets with Bottle Service (limitations apply), Mammoth Festival tickets, Rock Jam tickets, Smith & Helly Hansen gear, an Aspen Whitewater Rafting trip, and gift certificates to a number of local restaurants.
