It’s National Margarita Day (who knew?), so we’re celebrating at Ajax Tavern at the base of Aspen Mountain by serving up our Flaming Lips of Bell.

Ajax Tavern Bartender Ricardo shows us how it’s done.
This spicy marg will definitely put a kick in your afternoon.
In a shaker filled with ice, combine:
– 2 ounces Herradura Tequila
– 1 ounce of Grand Marnier
– 1/2 seeded jalapeño
– Juice from one juicy lime
– 1 ounce simple syrup
Shake and pour into glass with salted rim (if desired) and garnish with a jalapeño slice. Impress your friends and enjoy.
