OK, we know it’s a few months away, but we’re already excited about this. We’re announcing Fondue Night at Ajax Tavern!

Every Wednesday starting Wednesday January 8th – end of ski season.

Ajax winter fondue


First Course

Tavern Salad

Butter lettuce, Dijon vinaigrette


Grain Salad (selection TBD)

Second Course 

Cheese Fondue

Sliced apple, broccoli, assorted pickles, bread, Spanish chorizo, house made sausage

Toppings of bacon bits and mushroom duxelles


Court Bouillon Fondue

Emma Farms Wagyu beef, seared yellowfin tuna,

fingerling potatoes, steamed broccoli

Dippings of horseradish aioli and curry yogurt

Third Course 

Chocolate Fondue

Rice crispy treats, house made marshmallows,

cream puffs, strawberries
$70 plus tax and tip (serving designed for two). Optional wine flight pairing TBD.
