5 Not-So-Basic Champagne Cocktails

Following along with the philosophy that champagne doesn’t need to be saved for a “special” occasion, Aspen Peak magazine recently rounded up a list of favorite bubbly cocktails. The one common theme for this group of après-ski drinks in Aspen – each is made with champagne.

Aspen Peak’s Top Five Not-So-Basic Champagne Cocktails List includes:

1) Blackberry Lime Rickey at Aspen Kitchen
2) Champagne Supernova at The Sky Hotel
3) Bellini Moscow Mule at Nello Alpine
4) Aspen Connection at The St. Regis Aspen
5) Centennial Cocktail at The Little Nell*
