We’re gonna call it. It’s summer. There, no more snow. So we’re busting out the Ajax Tavern Strawberry Lemonade to celebrate. Even if you can’t be on the patio to enjoy this one in Aspen, you can at least make it at home and dream of summer in the mountains.
AJAX Strawberry Lemonade
Glassware: Pint glass
Garnish: Sprig of Mint
Recipe:
2 oz Mell Vokda
3oz Puréed strawberries
3 oz Lemonade
1 oz San Pellegrino Limonata
Directions: Build the cocktail in a pint glass. Start with adding ice, lemonade, vodka and pureed strawberries. Top the glass with San Pellegrino Limonata. Garnish with a sprig of mint. boom.
