Up next is the annual GourmetFest in Carmel, Calif, a four-day foodie extravaganza featuring an exclusive roster of Relais & Châteaux Chefs and the World’s Best Wine Estates, held from Feb. 25 – 28, 2016.
The Little Nell is pleased to participate with Executive Chef Matt Zubrod and element 47’s Chef de Cuisine Matt Padilla who will be behind the line for the Taste of the World Experience, a strolling Route du Bonheur that brings exceptional properties and food together. In addition to The Nell, Chefs Zubrod and Padilla will be joined by l’Auberge Carmel (Carmel-by-the-Sea, California), Twin Farms (Barnard, Vermont), Hotel Wailea (Maui, Hawaii), The Point Resort (Saranac Lake, New York), Baglioni Hotel Cala del Porto (Italy) and The Post Hotel & Spa (Alberta, Canada).
Each property will provide a glimpse into their culinary while by preparing a sensational bite to eat paired with outstanding wines, many from local Monterey County wine estates.
