Ajax Tavern hosted a special evening on Jan. 13 with a group that goes by the Pinot Posse, recognized as some of the best pinot noir winemakers in the country. Guests enjoyed a lively atmosphere, a four-course dinner from Chef JD Baldridge and fine reds from the seven great winemakers – J.K. Carriere, Kosta Brown, Camlow-Keefer, Owen Roe, Bonaccorsi, August West and Cargasacchi. After Aspen, the tour continued on to Ski Tip Lodge in Keystone, Table 6 in Denver, then the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs for the 10th anniversary of Summit Restaurant at the resort.
