New Pre-Music Menu!

Montagna will be offering a pre-theatre menu during the Aspen Music Festival this summer.

The pre-theatre menu will start on June 28 and will run throughout the festival. The three course menu will be offered nightly (excluding Mondays and Tuesdays) from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m. for $45/person. Most concerts begin at 7:30 or 8 p.m.

The dinner includes complimentary valet parking and transfers to and from the concert (based on availability).

BRAISED WAGYU SHORT RIBS

grey snapper, gulf prawns, saffron, fennel potato

COCONUT RUM AFFOGATO

 passion~mango nectar, lime

+20% gratuity will be added to parties of six or more
