Head up the gondola on Aspen Mountain to 11,212 feet on Saturday, March 24, to enjoy “Italy Meets California” — an evening of Italian food perfectly paired with California wines.
Las Vegas icon and Top Chef Masters finalist Rick Moonen (Chef/Owner of RM Seafood Restaurant) with be serving up dishes at the reception and four-course dinner with wine pairings by Chris Deas of Italian Wine Merchants.
